Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer

When my husband and I got married, we registered for a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Growing up with a grandmother and mother who baked often, I definitely wanted one and we were fortunate to receive one as a wedding gift. Many friends mentioned that I might as well exchange it right away for some other important kitchen gadget, or better yet, nothing for the kitchen. I am certainly glad I didn’t take my friend’s advice. If I only knew then just how much we would put it to good use.
